Delivery & Returns
All our pieces are custom made and production lead time will vary depending on the complexity of any customization and the availability of fabrics associated with the order. Production usually takes between 4 – 8 weeks for an existing style shown online but a rush order option at a surcharge is also available. For any pieces that are custom made from scratch (ie. from design to sourcing fabrics to production to alteration), please allow 4– 6 months.
Shipping within Hong Kong and China are free. All international orders are charged a flat rate of USD 50.
As soon as we ship out your order, we will provide you with a tracking number.
Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes or any situation or circumstance which is not within our control.
ALTERATIONS AND RETURNS:
As all our pieces are made-to-order just for you, we are unable to accept any refunds. We do, however, include one free alteration after you receive your final goods with the to and fro shipping costs being borne by the client.
